KTM 350 is GO

To be unveiled at the Carol Nash show in the UK, KTM is lifting the sheets off of their not-so-secret 350 SX.

New frame? Check. Rear supsension linkage? Check. Fuel Injection? Uh... Not sure yet. But be sure that we'll be sure to let y'all know here... When we're sure.

More Ducati Multistrada 1200.. and Arlo Guthrie?

and..

and for Mario...

Multistrada 1200

So the sheet has come off and we now see what the new Multi looks like as well as obtain some hints of it's road-going (or not) purpose.

Here are the tech specs:
  • 4 valve L-Twin (vs. the previous style's 2 valve air-cooled motor) liquid cooled
  • 150HP @ 9250 RPM / 87.5 lb-ft @7500 (!!!)
  • Wet clutch
  • Marzocchi 50mm or Ohlins 48mm fully adjustable fron forks / sachs monoshock or Ohlins electronic (choice depends on which of the three trim levels is being ridden)
  • 417 lbs
  • 850mm seat height
Apparently the bike can cycle between sport, touring, urban and enduro modes with the press of a mode button the handlebar. I don't know how that works, but Ducati apparently believes that a cartoon can explain it all...

With an electronic suspension system and computer controlled power management, this is a very ambitious bike to come from the Borgo Panigale crew.
